Intervention
Whitespace partners with the organization to conduct a comprehensive assessment and interview process covering approximately 100 employees annually across multiple locations through a blend of online and offline methods. While online assessments provide insights into strengths and development areas, the most distinctive element is the interview process.
To simulate real business situations, the team has developed customer and partner personas along with role-play scenarios reflecting the organization's operating model. By enacting direct customers and channel partners, assessors evaluate employees on critical capabilities such as product knowledge, business acumen, communication, probing skills, solutioning, customer relationship management, and stakeholder handling. As an external partner, Whitespace brings objectivity and minimizes assessment bias.
