A leading global IT organization headquartered in Luxembourg
Challenge
A leading global IT organization headquartered in Luxembourg, with over 28,000 employees across 35 countries, is on an ambitious journey to become an AI-Native enterprise by 2030. Our engagement began with a request for a program on managing ambiguity. However, through a detailed diagnostic exercise with HR, Learning, and Delivery leaders, it became evident that the challenge extended far beyond ambiguity.
The organization recognized that while its leaders were highly capable of managing teams and delivering technology outcomes, there was a growing need to develop leaders who could think strategically, navigate constant change, and lead transformation in an environment that was continuously evolving and often operating in a “beta state.”
Intervention
In partnership with key stakeholders, Whitespace designed two flagship leadership programs: Thrive in Continuous Change and Strategic Thinking for Technology Leaders. The programs focused on building strategic thinking, change leadership, adaptability, and people leadership capabilities required for the organization's AI-Native 2030 vision.
Over the course of the engagement, multiple cohorts were delivered across classroom, virtual, and hybrid formats, ensuring sustained capability building across the leadership population.
Impact
Both programs have been exceptionally well received, consistently achieving participant feedback scores above 4.5 out of 5. More importantly, the engagement has evolved into a trusted partnership that continues to grow stronger each year. Now in the third year of collaboration, Whitespace continues to support the organization's leadership transformation journey, helping build future-ready leaders capable of thriving in continuous change.
