Leadership Alignment Intervention
Challenge
Deepak Fertilisers sought to strengthen trust, collaboration, and alignment among Business Heads, SVPs, and Unit Heads. The organization wanted to break down silos, improve communication, and foster stronger leader-direct report relationships.
Intervention
Whitespace designed a 4-month Leadership Alignment Intervention comprising 8 pre-sessions and 8 roundtables. Through peer feedback, group coaching, Johari Window, Feed-Forward, and the IDEA framework (Intent, Describe, Encourage, Action), leaders practiced open feedback, active listening, collaboration, and trust-building. Each session concluded with individual Change Plans supported by HRBPs and Unit Leaders.
Impact
The intervention improved leadership alignment, strengthened collaboration, and created a more open and psychologically safe culture. The program received exceptional appreciation from business leaders and culminated in an invitation to meet Mr. Shailesh Mehta, Managing Director of Deepak Fertilisers, to discuss future leadership and transformation initiatives.
