The Challenge
A leading educational conglomerate in Maharashtra, comprising six institutions offering Engineering, Design, and MBA programs, sought an independent assessment of its senior leadership team, including Vice Chancellors, Pro Vice Chancellors, and Deans.
The objective was to evaluate leadership readiness and build a stronger pipeline to support the group's growth agenda focused on Scale, Profitability, and Future Leadership Capability.
Our Intervention
Whitespace designed and delivered a Leadership Assessment & Development Centre comprising:
Structured 360-degree assessments in partnership with Thomas Assessments
121 individual leadership feedback and development conversations
Creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) supported by learning resources
Leadership readiness reviews with senior management and the CHRO
A customized Strategic Impact vs. Operational Impact framework was developed to evaluate leadership contribution and future potential.
